Account & Data Deletion

GeoKantar - Professional Surveying Tool

Effective date: March 28, 2026.

1. Your right to data deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your user account and all associated data at any time. GeoKantar respects your right to privacy and control over your data.

2. How to request account deletion

You can request account deletion in two ways:

Option A: From within the app

  1. Open the GeoKantar app
  2. Go to Profile (user icon in the menu)
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

Option B: Via email

Send an email to the address below with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account.

3. Data that is deleted

When we delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Note: Data stored only locally on your device (SQLite database) will not be deleted from our servers because it is not stored there. To delete local data, uninstall the app from your device.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

6. Cancel your subscription before deleting

If you have an active subscription, we recommend cancelling it before deleting your account:

Deleting your account in the app does not automatically cancel your subscription with Apple or Google.
