By using the GeoKantar app ("App"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
GeoKantar is owned and operated by GeoKantar ("we", "us", "our").
GeoKantar is a mobile application that provides the following surveying tools:
Some features require creating a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.
a) Free features
The basic version of the app is free and includes limited access to the tools.
b) Premium subscription
A premium subscription unlocks full access to all app features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.
c) Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
d) Cancellation
After cancellation, access to premium features remains active until the end of the current paid period.
e) Refunds
Refunds are issued in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly through their official channels.

IMPORTANT: GeoKantar is an assistive tool for geodetic calculations. The results of transformations, levelling, and other calculations are informational in nature.
GeoKantar shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or consequences arising from the use of results produced by the App. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
All content of the App, including but not limited to code, design, icons, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written consent.
Your project, measurement, and calculation data belongs to you. You may export or delete it at any time. For more information on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you are violating these Terms of Service.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. You will be notified of any significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All disputes arising from the use of the App will be resolved before the competent court in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
